Should you need to change your plans, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Failure to provide adequate cancellation notice will result in you being held financially responsible for
the reservation, unless we are able to re-sell your room.

Wharf Rat Rally Labour Day Weekend Cancellation Policy

For the Wharf Rat Rally in September, a minimum 3 night stay is required. Room reservations for that event must be paid for in full by June 1, 2011. No refund is given for inclement weather. However, cancellations will be given a full 3 night credit to be used
in 2011 or 2012 (excluding Wharf Rat Rally 2012).
