           The inn, conveniently located in the heart (National Historic District) of Canada's oldest village, features 7 classic bedrooms , all with private ensuite baths recently renovated with Italian tile. All the bedrooms in the Registered Heritage Property offer modern conveniences including cable 32" LCD Flat Screen TV and Air Conditioning. The rooms, located on the second floor (Rooms 1-4) and third floor (Rooms 5-7) are all furnished with period antiques and whimsical Nova Scotian folk art. In addition to our seven bedrooms, please note that there is a sitting area situated on the second floor landing which consists of 2 overstuffed arm chairs, beautiful period walnut couch, some tables, and some wonderful, local, fish folk art. During your stay with us, if you wish a cup of tea, or a bottle of wine to enjoy in your room, just see us in the cozy bar room, ask your host, or just find us in one of the intimate dining rooms, we are never far away. The Garrison House Room #1


Located at the front of the Inn, facing Fort Anne National Historic Site and the western sky, this room has 2 double beds, original wide board pine flooring, a private ensuite 4 piece bathroom, 2 period wing back chairs and a circa 1850 butternut and tiger maple chest of drawers, acquired from the Queen Hotel.

The Garrison House Room #2


Located across the hall from Room 1 with the same view, this room has 1 queen bed, original wide board pine flooring, its own ensuite 4 piece bathroom, a period couch and a feather grained pine chest of drawers, originally from a stagecoach inn up the Annapolis Valley.

The Garrison House Room #3


A smaller room with a canopied Queen bed, large 3 piece bathroom and a lovely flaming birch chest of drawers, originally from the South Shore of the province.

The Garrison House Room #4


Found at the back of the Inn, this is the suite. It has a room with queen bed, a separate sitting room with a Simmons BeautyRest couch/pull-out double bed, its own 32" LCD Flat Screen TV, a 4 piece bathroom with a large 2 person jacuzzi, and a private deck facing the western sky and old St. Luke's Church, built in 1815. Please note that Rooms 3 & 4 can be isolated from the rest of the inn by closing an access door to the rest of the inn thereby giving in essence a potentially larger suite.

The Garrison House Room #5


Located at the front of the Inn facing the Fort and western sky, this room has a queen bed, and a double bed, walk-in dormer, 2 wing back chairs, a 3 piece bathroom, and a period mahogany chest of drawers.

Located across the hall from Room 5 with the same view, this room has a queen bed, walk-in dormer, lounging couch, 3 piece bathroom, and a period pine chest of drawers.

The Garrison House Room #7


Very private, commonly referred to by guests as' The Crows Nest'. This room is located at the end of the hall. It has a queen bed, 3 piece bathroom, 7 foot Georgian demi-lune window, 2 working skylights facing east and west, 2 wing backs, knee walls and a period pine chest of drawers.
